Slay Accessories Exchange Policy
We work very hard to ensure every single customer has an enjoyable shopping experience with us. We take pride in offering quality item(s) and great customer service. We provide detailed sizing information for all of our items for your guidance. Slay Accessories DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returns. Below is our exchange policy.
We offer an exchange for a Slay Accessories store credit only on all apparel (this does not include swimsuits), shoes, jewelry, sunglasses and accessories if you can not fit the item or are unhappy for some reason. Our exchange policy for store credit lasts 7 days(return package must ship within 7 days) for domestic orders and 14 days(return package must ship within 14 days) for international orders from the date of delivery. However, you must contact us with in 24 hours of receiving your package to receive a Slay Accessories authorize exchange number for store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit without an authorize exchange number. Your item must be shipped back within 7 days(domestic orders) or 14 days(international orders) from the date of delivery and you must have contacted Slay Accessories within 24 hours of receiving your package for an Authorized Code to receive an exchange for store credit.
- An Authorize exchange number must be given.
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn in original condition, in sealed original packaging with all packaging.
- Item(s) must not be damaged or altered.
- Tracking information must be provided with return shipping. We can not issue a store credit if package is not received by Slay Accessories (we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during returning transit, we encourage insurance on your return item(s).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Purchases made on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for an exchange or return for store credit.
- Shipping cost are non refundable and not eligible for store credit.
- Swimsuits, earrings, nose rings, under garments, make up brushes and hats are are exempt from exchange for store credit and are not returnable.
Note: Slay Accessories has the right to refuse an exchange for store credit at its own discretion, mainly due to excessive damage, worn or used items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for store credit. Intimate wearables are exempt from being returned which includes, swimsuits, earrings, nose rings, under garments, makeup brushes and hats.

To complete your exchange for store credit we require a receipt or proof of purchase, an authorize exchange number given by Slay Accessories. Your order number, full name, contact information, and photos of your item(s) that are incorrect or damaged.
You will receive your store credit once your item(s) are received by Slay Accessories and has been processed. Once your exchange for a store credit has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your store credit information. Your store credit will be valid for 6 months from the issue date. Your store credit can not be combined with any Slay Accessories discount codes. Please note: Store credit can be used once, remaining balance will be deleted. Please be mindful of this when using your store credit.
Can I Cancel my order?
Custom orders can not be cancelled. All shoes are custom made and can not be cancelled. Any apparel or outerwear that is customized for a customer can not be cancelled. All other others must be cancelled with in 24 hours of the time the order was placed.
Please track your package to ensure timely and safe delivery. Slay Accessories will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages with couriers.
What about A Refund?
